Banana Bread

Recipe from Chris’ mom

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup flour

  • 3 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • dash of lemon juice or vanilla extract

Other Ingredients

  • 2 bananas

  • chopped pecans - optional

Method

  1. Preheat oven 325 degrees, grease pan

  2. In separate bowls, mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients

  3. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients

  4. Mix in bananas & nuts. DO NOT OVER MIX.

  5. Bake 40-60 minutes, or until knife is clean
