Make pizza on top of my favorite thin crust.

Hot tip I learned from this cookbook… Before adding toppings, transfer the dough onto parchment paper. This will allow you to move the pizza in and out of the oven with ease. Whether I’m using a pan or stone, adding the parchment paper has been made transferring easier.
